Get ready for a happy hour extravaganza!
Our AAF-Dayton colleagues will join us at Harrigan's South as we welcome AIGA Cincinnati to the Gem City on Wednesday, April 13th 2011 from 5:30-9:00 PM for a networking and socializing super event.
As mutual design and creative professional associations, it makes sense for kindred creatives to share our resources and use that knowledge to advance the creative industries in our respective towns.
Come out and rub elbows with some of the most creative folks in southwest Ohio! (Or at least stop by for the $2 special on domestics and well drinks.) We'll be at Harrigan's South location, 671 Lyons Road, Centerville.

Beer was swilled, fingers were nibbled and gourds were on display during the recent DCS happy hour, which took place at Harrigan's south location. Prize-winning pumpkins showed the crowd of creatives that some members have just as much skill with a blade as they do with a mouse. Vice President Jon Brooks took home top honors and a $25 gift certificate to Harrigan's. Tony Hitchcock's contribution, although impressive, was nonetheless disqualified as his entry was an acorn squash rather than a pumpkin. Tony vowed toilet-paper revenge, a threat that fortunately has not come to fruition. Check out photos from the event on Flickr.
Don't miss out on our next happy hour - Tuesday, November 9, at The Pub (in The Greene) following the dual presentation by Powerhouse Factories. Ben Nunery and Pat Jones will spark your creative juices starting at 6 p.m. at the school of advertising art. Perhaps we can coax them into joining us for a little networking and beverages.
